These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Clyde Living website and your purchase and use of products supplied through it.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing from our website.

By placing an order with Clyde Living, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, Clyde Living products are digital products only.

No physical product will be shipped to you when purchasing a digital product.

3. PLACING AN ORDER

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product subject to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

Once payment has successfully been processed, you will normally receive confirmation of your order and instructions for accessing or downloading your digital product.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • Payment has not been successfully processed;

  • A product has been incorrectly priced;

  • There has been a technical error;

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity; or

Where we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due to you will be refunded.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Changes will not normally affect orders that have already been successfully completed.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

Digital products will normally be made available immediately or shortly after successful payment.

Delivery may take place through:

  • Another digital delivery method specified during purchase.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and ensuring that your device and software are capable of accessing the purchased files.

6. DIGITAL CONTENT & CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Different cancellation rules may apply to digital content compared with physical products.

Where required by applicable UK consumer law, before immediate supply of digital content begins, we may ask you to expressly consent to the digital content being supplied during the statutory cancellation period and acknowledge that your right to cancel may be lost once supply begins.

Where you have provided the necessary consent and acknowledgement and the supply of your digital content has begun, you may no longer have the usual 14-day right to cancel.

7. REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally considered final once digital content has been supplied, accessed or downloaded, subject always to your statutory rights.

We do not normally provide refunds simply because you:

  • Purchase the incorrect product;

  • Fail to use the product;

  • Do not have suitable software to access it where applicable requirements were made clear before purchase; or

This does not affect your legal rights where digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet standards required by applicable consumer law.

8. PERSONAL USE LICENCE

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a Clyde Living digital product provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product for your own personal purposes.

  • Print copies for your own use; and

  • Use the resource to assist with your own property or renovation project.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the product or its intellectual property rights to you.

9. PROHIBITED USE

Unless expressly stated otherwise, providing a link or reference does not constitute an endorsement.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, their availability, their content, their products or their services.

We aim to keep the Clyde Living website available and functioning correctly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
